Our process ensures that your workouts are effective, time efficient, and personalized.
You are unique, and we believe your training should be too. Our aim is to provide the highest quality training service possible to each individual person. We take into consideration experience level, current abilities, injury history, mindset, goals, and all the details in between so that we can craft the most accurate and effective plan for you.
Using this process we have been able to help people of all ages and abilities find success in their fitness journeys.
HOW OUR METHOD WORKS
INTAKE
Here we learn about you. Gaining an understanding of your training experience, training & body composition goals, nutrition, and lifestyle is important for us to know so we can align your training accordingly. In our first consult we will discuss at length your intake form, get to know you, and answer all of your questions before getting started with training.
ASSESSMENT
Here we uncover where you are. During this phase we will understand your movement and current level of fitness so that we can build an effective program for you.
PROGRAM DESIGN
Here we take all the information we’ve gathered about you and design your training. How this is delivered to you and updated over time depends on what coaching option you choose. Click here to learn about our service options.
CONSULTING
Each month, you can chat with your coach on zoom to review your workouts, provide thoughts and feedback, solve problems, and receive guidance on your nutrition and habits outside of the gym.
