FAQs

How experienced do I need to be?

As long as you are invested in yourself and willing to give your best efforts, no specific amount of experience is needed. It is recommended for remote coaching and program design that you are able to follow a written training program and train on your own.

How many days per week is the training?

That depends on your goals, schedule, and life. Some of our clients train a few times per week, other clients train 6+ sessions / week, and some in between. Your coach will work with you to design a program that makes the most sense for you and adapt this over time if things change.

What equipment do I need?

You technically don’t need any equipment - we are capable of designing personalized programs on minimal to no equipment access. However, it is important to realize that this does not mean optimal. We highly recommend access to a box gym, a commercial gym that allows video recording, or a home gym with basic equipment.

Do I need to count my macros?

You and your coach will work together to design a nutrition plan that is optimal for you. Macros can create very specific outcomes, but a base level of understanding and behaviours need to exist under them before they can become useful.

Do I need to be a full-time athlete to benefit from a coach?

Absolutely not.

Can I do personal training and extra workouts on my own?

Yes. Bring this up and we can walk you through our different service options.
